Full container delivery to Amazon in the GTA.
We bring your full container to the GTA by ocean and rail, coordinate customs through our licensed customs broker partner, and deliver it to the Amazon fulfillment centre. You create the shipment in Seller Central and send us the FBA shipment ID. Setara Transport requests the delivery slot in Amazon Carrier Central and delivers on it.

How the delivery works
Setara Logistics is a freight forwarder in Vaughan, Ontario, for Amazon FBA sellers in Canada who import full containers. We book the ocean freight, coordinate customs through our licensed customs broker partner, and plan the GTA delivery. Setara Transport requests the Amazon delivery slot and hauls the full container from the rail ramp to the Amazon door. Full containers only.
Can you deliver a container to an Amazon warehouse in Toronto?
Yes, when it is a full container with an FBA shipment ID. We book the ocean freight from origin. The container usually comes by rail to CN Brampton or CPKC Vaughan, customs is coordinated through our licensed customs broker partner, and Setara Transport requests the delivery slot in Carrier Central and delivers the full container to the Amazon fulfillment centre in the GTA on that slot. Under EXW, FCA or FOB, you book and pay the main freight, so you choose the forwarder. For the origin side, see China to Toronto or Vietnam to Toronto.
Not what we do: FBA prep, labelling or palletizing. We do not haul LTL or partial loads. Full containers only.
How the container gets to Amazon
What must be ready before the container ships
- A shipment created in Seller Central, with its FBA shipment ID sent to us
- Amazon labels on every box before the container is loaded at origin
- One fulfillment centre for the whole shipment plan, because a full container goes to one Amazon door
- The load type, floor loaded or palletized, so Setara Transport can declare it when it requests the slot
- A load that follows Amazon's current rules, or it can be refused
- A bill of lading that matches your Amazon shipment
- Your customs setup: business number, import-export (RM) account and CARM Client Portal account

Frequently asked: Amazon FBA
Who requests the Amazon delivery appointment?
Setara Transport does. You create the shipment in Seller Central, send us the FBA shipment ID and tell us when the container is ready. Setara Transport requests the delivery slot in Amazon Carrier Central, under its own carrier code, using your FBA shipment ID, and delivers the full container on that slot.
Do you do FBA prep, labelling or palletizing?
No. Your boxes need their Amazon labels before the container is loaded at origin. If your goods need prep first, we can deliver the full container to your prep partner in the GTA instead.
Can one container go to more than one Amazon fulfillment centre?
A full container goes to one Amazon door. If Amazon splits your shipment plan across several sites, talk to us before the container ships. We do not haul LTL or partial loads.
Does Amazon accept floor-loaded containers?
Amazon takes both palletized and floor-loaded containers, but the load type has to be declared when the delivery slot is requested, so tell us whether yours is floor loaded or palletized. The load must follow Amazon's rules or it can be refused. Check your shipment plan and Amazon's current rules before your supplier loads the container.
What if the container arrives before the appointment?
Amazon will not receive freight without an appointment. Send us the FBA shipment ID early, so the slot request can be planned around the expected arrival and the container does not sit at the ramp past its free time.
Who handles customs on an Amazon FBA import?
We coordinate customs through our licensed customs broker partner. If you are the importer of record, you need a business number with an import-export (RM) account, a CARM Client Portal account, and your own financial security if you want release before payment.
