As a forwarder, we are not tied to one steamship line, airline or railway. We quote across ocean, air, rail and road options and book the one that fits your timeline and budget.
Customs is handled through our licensed customs broker partner. Warehousing and transload, when a shipment needs them, are arranged through a vetted partner network rather than a facility we own. We work with shippers across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and Hamilton.

Ocean freight, FCL and LCL
Full container load when your volume fills a box, and less than container load consolidation when it does not. We help you weigh which is cheaper per unit, then book the sailing and line up the inland legs at both ends.

For time-sensitive, high-value, or perishable cargo where the ocean transit is too slow. We book airport-to-airport or door-to-door, with the customs entry coordinated so the shipment is not held at arrival.

When distance makes over-the-road costly, containers move on CN and CPKC intermodal. We book the rail leg and the drayage at both ramps. Setara Transport, our group’s carrier, runs the drayage at the CN Brampton and CPKC Vaughan ramps. Vetted partner carriers cover the far end and Port of Montreal containers.

Setara Transport, our group’s carrier, runs full truckloads, dry van and reefer, on Ontario and Ontario to Quebec lanes. Cross-border and long-haul full truckloads go to vetted partner carriers. Either way, we book, track and invoice the move and time it to the ocean, air or rail leg. Full trailers only, including multi-stop distribution centre runs; we do not book LTL or partial loads.

You send origin, destination, commodity, and volume. We quote ocean, air, rail or road options and book the space.
02Documents
We prepare and check the bill of lading or air waybill, commercial invoice, and packing list against the booking.
03Customs
Our licensed customs broker partner files the entry with CBSA or CBP so clearance is ready before the cargo arrives.
04Delivery and POD
We coordinate the final leg and confirm delivery, with status updates from pickup to proof of delivery.

What is the difference between a freight forwarder and a customs broker?
A freight forwarder arranges the movement of cargo by ocean, air, or land and handles booking, documentation, and coordination across the route. A customs broker files the import or export entry with the border agency. We forward your freight and coordinate customs through a licensed customs broker partner, so both run on one file. Do you handle both ocean FCL and LCL?
Yes. We book full container load (FCL) when you have enough volume to fill a container, and less than container load (LCL) consolidation when you do not. We help you decide which is more economical for the shipment.
Do you file customs entries in-house?
No. Customs entries are filed by our licensed customs broker partner. We coordinate the entry alongside the freight so clearance is ready when the cargo arrives, but the broker holds the licence and files with CBSA or CBP. See customs coordination.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
We work with the full set of Incoterms 2020 rules, from EXW and FCA through FOB, CIF, and DDP. The right term depends on where you want responsibility and cost to transfer. Our guide to Incoterms 2020 walks through each rule.
What regions do you serve?
