This website provides general information about Setara's business, services, and contact channels. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not create a transportation contract, brokerage commitment, carriage contract, warehousing contract, credit commitment, or legal advice.

3. Entity roles

References on the website to freight, logistics, drayage, forwarding, carrier, or related services are descriptive only. The contracting entity and service role for any transaction are determined solely by the governing quote, confirmation, bill of lading, rate confirmation, service agreement, credit agreement, or other written contract.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• Setara Logistics Inc. may act as a broker, freight forwarder, 3PL, or intermediary.
• Setara Transport Inc. may act as an asset-based carrier for services it actually performs or contracts to perform in that capacity.

Nothing on this website changes the role allocated in a written service contract.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
