Do you do FBA prep?
No. FBA prep (labelling, polybagging, palletisation to Amazon's spec) is a 3PL service that needs a warehouse. We deliver your container or pallet to an FBA prep partner of your choice, or directly to an Amazon FC if your shipment is appointment-ready.
What's the cheapest way to ship samples from China?
For sub-50kg samples on a deadline, book express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) direct. At that size it beats air freight on both price and speed, and going direct saves you a middleman markup. We start at pallet size: for a larger sample batch or a first production run, consol LCL is usually cheapest.
How do I avoid duty on small US orders?
Until 2025, Section 321 de minimis allowed duty-free US entry on shipments of US$800 or less. The US has suspended that exemption, so most commercial parcels now clear with duties and taxes. We work with your fulfillment partner and a licensed customs broker partner to pick the lowest-cost entry type for your cross-border DTC flow.
