We do not operate an owned facility, so each shipment is matched to the facility and mode that fit it.

Because the warehousing and distribution are arranged through partner facilities rather than a single owned building, the plan can flex. Cross-dock in one region, overflow storage in another, transload at a port, final-mile coordination into a metro. The mode and the facility follow the shipment.
Setara Logistics is the freight forwarder and 3PL coordinator in the Setara Group. On road, we book Setara Transport, our group’s carrier, for full truckloads (dry van and reefer) on Ontario and Ontario to Quebec lanes and for GTA container drayage at CN Brampton and CPKC Vaughan. Vetted partner carriers take everything else, cross-border and long-haul, as full truckloads.

Does Setara own its own warehouses?
No. Warehousing, cross-dock, transload, and overflow storage are arranged through a vetted 3PL and warehouse partner network. Setara coordinates the space and the moves. It does not operate an owned or bonded facility.
What is the difference between Setara Logistics and Setara Transport?
Setara Logistics is the freight forwarder. It plans, tenders and tracks the move across modes, warehouses and carriers, and owns no trucks. Setara Transport is the carrier in our group. It hauls full truckloads (dry van and reefer) on Ontario and Ontario to Quebec lanes and runs GTA container drayage at CN Brampton and CPKC Vaughan. Vetted partner carriers cover cross-border and long-haul full truckloads. Capacity is confirmed for each shipment.
